At 4Q FUEL™, we stand behind the quality of every bar we produce. Because our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns on opened or consumed products.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us at info@4qfuel.com within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Once an order has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider.

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
