We may offer free shipping promotions on select orders or order sizes.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delays

While we aim for speed and reliability, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand periods.
4Q FUEL™ is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at info@4quel.com within 5 days of delivery.

Include your order number and any relevant photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
